I really want to get more into painting but I don't really know how to start off. What paint do you suggest? and you use acrylics right?

I use apple barrel acrylic paint. Just don't get the "Gloss" kind. Very streaky when blending.

It's a little tricky when first starting out because the paint dries VERY fast. So blending has to be done pretty quickly. And practice practice practice. I've been painting a few a week for almost a year.

not really. About $1.50 per bottle. but the bottles are decent sized and will last a while. Michael's is a good store to get it
